Choose your reminders
- Ask a platform administrator to enable Missed-time Reminders or AI Adviser under Premium Access.
- Open Profile > Reminders & Adviser > Manage reminder settings, or select Adviser in navigation.
- Choose your checks, timezone, workdays, reminder time, and any days off.
- Choose whether to receive the daily action email and save reminder settings.
Personal reminders use your own time entries. Financial alerts require AI Adviser access and an Admin or Billing Staff role. Email is off until you enable it.
Act on a reminder
Each alert explains the recorded evidence and links to the relevant time entry, client, or invoice. Snooze hides an unchanged alert for 24 hours. Dismiss hides it until its underlying evidence changes; Restore hidden alerts undoes these choices. Alerts disappear when the underlying issue is resolved.
No recorded time is a prompt to review your records, not proof that you worked unrecorded hours. Time-entry checks cover recent unbilled entries. Invoice reminders use recorded due dates and outstanding balances.
Scheduled email
The daily email contains the visible alerts from your enabled checks. Selected workdays, days off, and pause-through dates control delivery. No email is needed when the checks find no visible alerts. Settings & delivery shows scheduler health and recent email attempts.
Email delivery requires the server scheduler to be configured. Mail accepted means the outgoing service accepted the message; it does not prove inbox delivery.
