Access boundary
The Admin page is separate from the workspace Admin role. It appears only when platform-admin access has been granted. Users without that access are returned to Time & Billables.
Admin sections

Safe use
Use preview and scoped filters before any import, cleanup, impersonation, or access change. Destructive operations require their own confirmation. This public guide does not publish internal security procedures or deletion steps.
