| Bell | Opens recent notifications and shows the unread count. | All users |
| Notification item | Marks the item read and opens its related page when a link is available. | All users |
| Mark All Read | Marks every notification as read. | When unread items exist |
| View All | Opens the full Notifications page. | All users |
Notifications page
Use All or Unread Only, then filter by notification type. Types can include approvals, document shares, invoices, payments, team assignments, reports, feedback, and system updates. Select an item to open its stored destination.
